VVS Empire Shipping Policy



  • Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within [4] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    • Note: Orders placed after [8pm] will begin processing the following business day.
  • Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow [24-48 hours] for the tracking information to update.
  • International Shipping: We do offer international shipping.

    • Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VVS Empire is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: VVS Empire is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
